Receiving Parts Clerk

Located in Sainte-Anne-des-Plaines, Garage Francois Thouin has been the leading truck collision repair shop in Quebec for the past 30 years and we are always looking for qualified, hard-working people to join our team.
The main responsibility of the Receiving Parts Clerk is to ensure the efficient reception and management of mechanical parts and materials required for truck body repairs.
TASKS
Receive parts from suppliers;
Verify the conformity and condition of all parts received in orders;
Organize and store parts for easy access and future identification;
Collaborate with other body shop team members;
Maintain an accurate inventory of merchandise in stock and place orders with suppliers;
Manage returns of merchandise;
Ensure the cleanliness and organization of the parts receiving area.
Well organized;
Demonstrate initiative;
Ability to work independently and manage priorities;
Punctuality;
Willingness to learn;
Good physical condition.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
Knowledge of mechanical parts and hardware used in the trucking industry (an asset);
Ability to read and understand purchase orders and parts specifications;
Ability to use an inventory management system to record and track parts.
